The Regional Business Director reports to the Commercial Director and has overall commercial responsibility for the delivery of the commercial sales targets for the region. You will work with NHS decision makers within Mental Health Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups, local governments and third-sector organisations to promote and sell the Healios portfolio of services.

  • Real passion for supporting people living with mental health difficulties and neurodevelopmental conditions to improve their wellbeing
  • A curious mind-set with the courage and conviction to take calculated risk as you continuously strive to challenge the status quo and identify ways to improve everything you do
  • Versatile self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set who can work autonomously and has the drive and resilience to deliver month on month growth within a fast past, dynamic organisation
  • Track-record of commercial success measured through sales/revenue which you have personally delivered
  • Broad capabilities/competencies having worked across a diverse number of roles which provides you with the depth and breadth of experience to have credibility as an equal partner when discussing services and negotiating commercial terms with senior NHS stakeholders, local authority officials, third and private sector organisations
  • Credibility in previous roles, confident in liaising with people at all levels of the sales life cycle
  • Ability to think on your feet when a difficult conversation or situation arises and can provide solutions that will have an acceptable outcome for all stakeholders



  • Working in start-up or triple digit growth organisations
  • Experience of working within health technology industry selling digitally enabled or SaaS solutions into the NHS, local authorities or private sector
