SALARY: £33,000 - £41,000 per annum

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the UK’s largest autism and ADHD service. We are pleased to be recruiting to Healios Academy, a career development initiative and are seeking enthusiastic clinicians to join our team.

We have a large, highly skilled team who are home-based.

At Healios we embrace diversity and are looking for the right candidate who will help us in our mission of providing timely autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments and post diagnostic support.


  • First level qualification in Learning Disability Nursing and Mental Health Nursing, OT, Social Work, Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with a statutory body (HCPC, NMC, SWE)
  • At least 4 years post qualification clinical experience
  • Utmost respect for diversity, especially neurodiversity
  • Minimum 1 years experience in assessing and / or supporting neurodiverse CYP and / or adults
  • Creative and solution focussed
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team player, respect for others and varying skill sets
  • At least 1 years NHS experience
  • Driven to change the status quo
  • Report writing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and driven to rise to a challenge
  • Experienced in, and aware of safeguarding procedures
  • Commitment to improving the experience of neurodiverse individuals
  • Thirst to develop and progress
  • Ability to take constructive criticism onboard
  • Passion and dedication to the unique opportunity provided
