THE CHALLENGE
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for facilitating the planning, creation, implementation and
monitoring of the digital marketing efforts through various online platforms, including the company website,
direct email and social media. You will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external
stakeholders to co-design awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and growth optimisation plans for B2B
and B2C which support our mission and strategic goals.

Experience working in a fast pasted environment where customer acquisition, retention and value

Track-record of 3+ years of digital marketing success that you personally delivered, preferably within
healthcare B2B and B2C environments of running campaigns using a wide range of channels such
as social media, email campaigns, Adwords and advertising evidenced through quantitative and
qualitative measures

Excellent knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media, brand advocacy, influencer champions/groups,
loyalty campaigns, Content Management Systems and analytics tools

Design and implement A/B tests across website, social and other digital channels as part of
campaign and message development for maximum awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and
growth and NPS optimisation

Clear and articulate communicator, able to take complex data or processes and translate them into
clear, easy to understand messages which can be communicated across all levels of the business

Assist in the creation and execution of digital strategies for the business

Plan, monitor and analyse on social media, search engines and online platforms. Through analytical
reporting and processing, you will drive the development of prospects to conversion

Talented writer with the ability to confidently adopt different tones of voice for different audiences
whilst ensuring consistent alignment with the brand and key messages

Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy

Collaborative approach but also able to work autonomously
Great TO HAVE

Working in start-up or triple digit growth organisations

Experience of working within health technology industry selling digitally enabled or SaaS solutions
